Tai Chi is an individual practice that's done in a group. You will progress at the speed that is correct for you with no pressure and none of that competitive feeling that is often seen in gyms.

⦿ Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Otherwise, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
⦿ If you can't book in advance then you can attend and pay on the day, however if paying by cash the correct fee must be paid as we don't hold any change.
