Loosening, Flexibility, and Stretching Session
"This is the class I didn’t realise I needed! I have tried yoga in the past but my non stretchiness and dislike of being upside down has not made it a particularly successful experience. In Robert’s class I am gently working to increase my range of motion not trying to achieve a set pose. It is nice to be doing the stretches with other people and some conversation and it encourages me to hold the stretch for longer than I would working alone."

Join in and learn how to free your body from tightness and ‘kinks.’ Move gently and rhythmically through a full range of motion with exercises designed to improve your whole body whether it be for daily life or your Tai Chi practice.
