Your friend receives one free session (for an in-person group class or a group Zoom session) with no obligation. If they go on to book paid sessions, you can earn a reward. It's that simple.

How to get your referral pass
If you attend in-person group sessions: Ask us and we'll give you a physical referral card to hand to whoever you'd like to invite.
Everyone else - whether you're a Zoom student (monthly or pay-as-you-go) or you receive our mailing list but don't currently train - when you visit the referral portal, and enter your email address and register. You'll be able to send a referral pass by email or print one out.

What you can earn
- For reference, in-person group sessions are currently £10 each and Zoom group sessions are currently £6 each -

Monthly Zoom subscribers
⦿ Reward: A free one-to-one session (Zoom or in-person) - unlocks when your friend spends £36 on training

The following three reward types have two levels.
You can claim your Level 1 reward as soon as it unlocks, or wait and claim the Level 2 reward instead.

Pay-as-you-go Zoom students
⦿ Level 1 Reward: Free access to a single group Zoom session - unlocks when your friend spends £18 on training
⦿ Level 2 Reward: A free one-to-one session (Zoom or in-person) - unlocks when your friend spends £54 on training

In-person group students
⦿ Level 1 Reward: Free access to a single group session - unlocks when your friend spends £30 on training
⦿ Level 2 Reward: A free one-to-one session (Zoom or in-person) - unlocks when your friend spends £60 on training

Mailing list readers (not currently training)
⦿ Level 1 Reward: Free access to a single group Zoom session - unlocks when your friend spends £18 on training
⦿ Level 2 Reward: A free one-to-one session (Zoom or in-person) - unlocks when your friend spends £54 on training

A few important things worth knowing
⦿ Each month you can earn any number of free single-session rewards, plus up to two free one-to-one session rewards.
⦿ Spend thresholds may be updated from time to time, but your referral portal will always show the current figures. If your friend has already registered their pass, your reward is calculated at the rate that applied when they registered - so you won't be disadvantaged by any future changes.
