Course Details
The course will cover the following:
⦿ Loosening Exercises - 10 minutes.
⦿ Static Qigong (Zhan Zhuang) - 10 minutes.
⦿ Cloud Hands as a meditation practice - 15 minutes.
⦿ Seated meditation (on chairs probably) relaxing content free guided meditation - 'content free' means there is no spiritual or directive 'Smoking is bad for you' or 'Don't eat cornflakes' semi hypnotic stuff. Just thinking of broad relaxing personal topics e.g. 'Imagine a beach' or 'Imagine walking along a forest path' - 15 minutes.
That will probably take up the first hour either because we will need a mental or physical reset between sections or the sections will take longer than first planned.
BREAK.
⦿ Second hour we will revisit whatever sections from the first hour people found most beneficial - 45 minutes.
⦿ Heaven and Earth Qigong - 15 minutes.
Depending on who attends the above may vary a little.
