In person sessions are held at our dedicated Tai Chi studio located in Rushden. Due to limited space, contact Robert on 07771 333 369 to confirm availability before booking your place.
If you can't make it in person, book your place for the online Zoom session at least 24 hours in advance. If joining online, we recommend having a partner to maximize your learning experience.

Sessions are £10 per person to attend in-person and £10 to attend via Zoom which allows either one or two people to view.

Please, if you plan on attending in-person, do be super careful and not come to training if you have any illness that could be contagious.

The sessions takes place at our purpose built Tai Chi studio at 27 Ballantyne Road, Rushden, NN10 9FJ. Attendance is limited due to space constraints so if you would like to attend, first contact Robert on 07771 333 369 to confirm availability before booking.

If you want to attend via ZOOM online, that is fine, however you must contact me on 07771 333 369 before booking to ensure that I send you the Zoom link to attend.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance and I suggest you have a partner to practice with. You do NOT need to pay for a partner with online training so choose the 'Book Now - 1 person option' below.
