One of the core components of Tai Chi are sets of pre-arranged movements called 'forms' this is our 'Eight Move One Step Form'.
A simple Qigong (Chi Gung) form.
The history of Qigong exercises predates Tai Chi but they are a useful and complementary practice. Here is our first Qigong form called simply 'Five Move Qigong'.
Power Tai Chi form.
A very short video clip of the first few moves of our Power form. Generally only taught to martial arts groups by request (see link) or advanced students.
